The Energy Networks Association (ENA) and Water UK have issued a joint technical guidance document entitled "Technical Guidance Document: Electrical Safety on Water Industry Sites". This document outlines the requirement for engineers and technicians to hold a recognised qualification for working on electrical equipment, such as the CompEx Ex 019.
